Come experience a warm and traditional worship service where
everyone is welcome! We extend our love and fellowship to all who
enter. Our prayer is that we share and grow in God's love by lifting
Him up through our worship

We have an active Children's Ministry with many events, including Handbell
Choir, lock-ins, hayrides, water days, trips, etc.

Our
Widow's Ministry provides propane for widows in the winter months. The
Young Adult Sunday School Class also provided yard cleanup and winter time
automobile preparations for these ladies.

Through our
Benevolence Ministry, angel tree gifts are purchased for need
families at Christmas. We also regularly contribute to the needy in our community.

Our
Young Adult Sunday School Class meets in homes for regular fun and
fellowship. We often have gatherings for the entire church at a nearby pond where
we have cookouts and play games.
We have a rich history! Our church was one of the original seven churches to form the
Wolf Bayou Association in 1900. Sometime in the early 1900's the church stopped
having services, but reorganized on August 3, 1943 under the direction of Rev. S.B.
Harral. The first deacons after the reorganization were S.G. Martin and Ed Thomas. I.D.
Martin and Perry Thomas also served as deacons in later years. Decendants of both
families still attend our church.

In 1974 a fellowship hall was added and central heat and air were installed. Several
updates have been made through the years. In 2008 a new sanctuary was added under
the leadership of Rev. Brian Harlan, who has pastored this church since 1998. The Lord
has blessed us in many ways and we look forward to serving Him in our church and
community in the coming years.
