Wolf Bayou Association
of General Baptists
Annual Meeting, March 9, 2008
First Annual Chili Cookoff
Several churches participated in the Chili Cookoff at our annual meeting on March 9, 2008.  Many people voted for their favorite chili
by putting money in a bowl for their favorite.  The winner of the 2008 Wooden Spoon Award was Chastain Chapel.  This event
raised over $400 to be split between Camp Formosa and Arkansas Home Mission Society.
Annual Meeting
Everything went well with our Annual Meeting on March 9, 2008.  Our attendance for the day was at least 150.  The business
session went very smoothly and the congregation celebrated all that God is doing in our churches.  Paul Heunefeld led our music for
the day culminating with an Associational Choir.  Pastor Dennis Powell challenged our people to be Champions for the things God
wants our Association to achieve in His name.
Macedonia and Gravel Ridge Churches
were recognized for leading the
Association in Overall Growth.
