At the 2008 annual meeting, we had an association choir led by Paul Huenefeld.  The original plan was for Paul to lead the choir throughout the year and the choir would be able to sing at area fellowship events, presbytery meetings, or any other special event where they were invited.  However, Paul became the full-time Minister of Youth and Music and First Baptist Church (SBC) in Bald Knob.  Thus, he did not have the time to devote to our choir.  I suspect there would still be interest in having an association choir or band, or youth band, or some other variation.  But, nothing happens without a leader who has a heart for the ministry.  Anyone out there have a heart for developing an association music ministry?
