Outreach Ministries of Wolf Bayou

Wolf Bayou Association is actively seeking new ways to reach the lost of Arkansas.  Through working with the Arkansas Home Missions Society (AHMS), General Baptist Missions, Pastor Pedro Ramirez, and numerous church planters and young pastors, we are engaged in numerous new church and young church missions.

Arkansas Home Missions Society

The AHMS is an organization working with the Associations in Arkansas to collectively assist in the advancement of the Gospel throughout the state of Arkansas.

General Baptist Missions

There are many things being done today in the name of Jesus Christ. Many of them are noble and compassionate, but none of them are greater than establishing the church to reach those who have never heard the life transforming message of the Gospel. It is precisely because of this that GB Missions is committed to the task of church planting in the United States and across the globe. And while buildings can be important, and often are, the church is the body of Christ, the local believer. We want to do our part in creating worshippers for God.

Hispanic Ministries

In 2005, Wolf Bayou Association and the AHMS worked together to help Pastor Pedro Ramirez immigrate to the United States to help in the outreach to the growing number of Hispanics living in Arkansas.  Since then, Pastor Pedro has worked to plant churches throughout northern Arkansas in Heber Springs, Clinton, Russellville, and beyond.

In the final countdown mode for the launch of the new church in Mountain Home.  On 9-11-11, we will all have a sister church.  They recently started the final push to prepare for their big day.  It is customary that the nucleus or core group get together in worship on a couple of Sundays in advance to do a walk through of the Grand Opening or Launch Sunday.  With just the core group of volunteers there were about 80 folks worshiping in the Middle School at Mountain Home.  Please keep the launch team in your prayers.
